The questions that are regularly asked by our parents/carers are the following:

Are you insured?

When are you open?
We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, 50 weeks of the year. Each child under the age of 3 is required to attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week. Children over 3 are required to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week. We close the school over the Christmas period, and exact dates of the closure are stated in our parents’ calendar, a copy of which is available for your collection each January, but generally our Christmas period covers 10 days.

Is there a minimum amount of sessions a child would have to attend?
Yes, Each child under the age of 3 is required to attend a minimum of 2 sessions per week. Children over 3 are required to attend a minimum of 3 sessions per week.

Are your staff qualified?
Yes all members of staff are carefully selected based upon, not only their qualifications and experience, but also their caring nature towards the children. We pride ourselves on ensuring that each member of our staff continues to develop themselves in childcare through various, relevant courses, workshops and seminars.

Do you have a garden?
We have an enclosed garden, fully equipped with a soft playing surface.

Do you take government funding?
Government funding is accepted by the school. Parents/carers declaration forms will be sent to each parent to complete and return to the school, in the term your child is eligible for the grant. We also accept a variety of childcare vouchers.

What type of security do you have?
Each parent receives a swipe card gaining them entry to the building. There is one entry to the building, passing the office with 2 additional doors. When a child is enrolled, the parent can be given a password allowing a guardian other than a parent pick up a child. We also have CCTV.
